Our pricing is based on the number of conversations monitored and features included. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
We offer a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
We may change our prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will apply to your next billing cycle.

You grant us a limited license to use, process, and display your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Customer Support AI Monitor and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CUSTOMER SUPPORT AI MONITOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Customer Support AI Monitor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with 30 days notice. In cases of serious violations, we may terminate immediately.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. You may export your data for 30 days after termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
