Is there a free trial?

Yes! We offer free trials on all paid plans:

  • Free Trial: All plans (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) include a full-featured free trial with no limitations - try all premium features before committing.
  • Extended Trial: Enterprise customers can request a 30-day proof-of-concept period with custom limits.

Free trials give you full access to all features of your selected plan. You can cancel anytime during the trial period.

How do conversation limits work?

Conversation limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Here's what you need to know:

  • What counts as a conversation? Each unique customer interaction tracked through our API or integrations
  • Approaching your limit? We'll notify you at 80% and 95% usage
  • Exceeded your limit? You can purchase additional conversations or upgrade your plan
  • Unused conversations? They don't roll over, but you can downgrade if you're consistently under your limit

How do I upgrade my plan?

Upgrading your plan is quick and easy:

  1. Log in to your dashboard and go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Change Plan to view available options
  3. Select your desired plan and review the pricing
  4. Enter or update payment information (if needed)
  5. Click Confirm Upgrade to activate

Pro tip: Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be credited for the unused portion of your current plan. New features and higher limits are available right away.

Can I downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can downgrade at any time. The downgrade will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Keep in mind:

  • Your current features remain until the billing cycle ends
  • Data beyond the new plan's retention limit will be archived
  • You may need to reduce the number of tracked agents to match the new plan

Payment Methods & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods to make billing convenient:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover
  • Debit Cards: Any debit card with Visa/Mastercard network
  • ACH Bank Transfer: Available for annual plans (US banks only)
  • Wire Transfer: Available for Enterprise annual plans
  • Invoice/PO: Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with NET-30 terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

Can I pay annually? What's the discount?

Yes! Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly payments:

When am I billed?

Billing depends on your plan type:

  • Monthly plans: Charged on the same date each month (e.g., signed up on the 15th, billed on the 15th)
  • Annual plans: Charged once per year on your subscription anniversary
  • Upgrades: Prorated charges applied immediately
  • Overages: Billed at the end of the billing cycle if applicable

How do I update my payment method?

  1. Go to SettingsBillingPayment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method to add a new card
  3. Set it as your default payment method
  4. Optionally remove old payment methods

Where can I find my invoices?

All invoices are available in your dashboard under SettingsBillingInvoice History. You can:

  • Download PDF invoices for any billing period
  • Set up automatic invoice emails to your finance team
  • Add company details (name, VAT ID, address) to invoices

Cancellation & Refunds

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty:

  1. Go to SettingsBilling
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Tell us why you're leaving (optional, helps us improve)
  4. Confirm cancellation

Important: Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again after cancellation.

What is your refund policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with Customer Support AI Monitor:

  • Monthly plans: We don't offer refunds for partial months, but you keep access until your billing period ends
  • Annual plans: 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase
  • First-time customers: Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked

To request a refund, contact billing@csaimonitor.com with your account email and reason for refund.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

We understand your data is valuable. Here's what happens after cancellation:

  • Immediately: Your account is marked for cancellation, but you retain full access
  • End of billing period: Your account becomes read-only
  • 30 days after: Data is archived and can be exported upon request
  • 90 days after: All data is permanently deleted from our systems

Export your data: Before canceling, go to SettingsData Export to download all your analytics, conversations, and reports in CSV or JSON format.
